Where Slow Resistance Becomes Strength.

THE EXERCISES

  • ABS + CORE

    Think of these as our center-ab exercises, but with plank-driven core stabilizers leading the way. They target your entire trunk, engaging everything from shoulder to hip.

  • LOWER BODY

    Since your legs and glutes are the powerhouse of your body, over half of the routine is dedicated to them. You’ll move through a balanced blend of push and pull exercises to strengthen every part of your lower body.

  • OBLIQUES

    You’ll also work your obliques, the muscles along the sides of your waist that help with rotation and stability. Expect controlled twisting, side-bending, and anti-rotation moves that strengthen and tighten your entire midsection.

  • ARMS

    You’ll also spend time strengthening your arms with controlled, resistance-based movements. Expect exercises that target your biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest and back. Build tone and functional strength without heavy weights.
