STUDIO POLICIES

✸ Class Cancellation Policy

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for all group classes. Due to our limited number of reformers per class, we strictly enforce this policy. All cancellations or schedule changes must be made on MindBody. Emails or DMs are not accepted.

✸ Grip Socks

Grip socks are required for all group classes and private sessions. Don’t have a pair? No problem — we sell them in-studio.

✸ Waitlist Policy

If a class is full, join the waitlist. If a spot opens more than 8 hours before class, the system will automatically enroll the next person in line. If a spot opens within 8 hours of class, an SMS will go out to the full waitlist. The first to respond will be added to the class. You are responsible for managing your waitlist position. If you’re no longer available, please remove yourself. Late cancel and no-show fees still apply if you're added to class and don’t show. No exceptions.

✸ Late Entry Policy

To ensure client safety and a distraction-free environment, No late entry is allowed. If you are not present when class begins, you will be marked as a no-show. Your spot may be given to a standby student. Class credits will not be refunded. Doors may be locked at the start of class for the safety and flow of all participants.

✸ First Time Clients

All new clients must arrive at least 10 minutes early for a walkthrough of the X-Former, instructor intro, and time to settle in.

✸ Returning Clients

We recommend arriving 5 minutes early to ensure a smooth check-in. Late arrivals will be considered no-shows and class credits will not be refunded.

✦ Studio Etiquette

Remove shoes upon entering the studio. Silence phones and smartwatches. No recording at any point in the class unless you’ve received . Clean your reformer and any props used after class with provided supplies.

✸ Membership Freeze Policy

Monthly members may freeze their membership for up to 30 days per billing cycle. Freeze requests must be submitted via email to thepracticepilates@gmail.com.

✸ Tiered Monthly Membership Terms

By purchasing a Tiered Monthly Membership, you agree to the following:

  • All memberships automatically renew every month unless canceled online.

  • Cancellation must be submitted online before the next billing cycle begins.

  • All sales are final. No refunds.

  • Monthly Memberships grant access to regularly scheduled group classes only. (Privates, workshops, trainings, and special events require separate payment.)

A valid credit or debit card must be on file at all times. If a payment fails, our system will attempt multiple re-runs. If all fail, your membership and future bookings will be canceled.

✸ Monthly Auto-Pay Agreement

By entering into a Monthly Membership, you:

  • Acknowledge and accept the terms above

  • Authorize The Practice to charge your saved Payment Method for your membership each month

  • Understand that recurring payments will continue until you cancel online
